CapBridge Preferred Access: Co-invest in curated opportunities at a minimum amount alongside institutional investors

Introducing CapBridge

CapBridge was started in 2015, leveraging technology to match professional institutional investors to curated private opportunities. CapBridge has expanded the ecosystem of Singapore’s financial industry with its unique investment and capital-raising products that connect institutional investors and accredited investors to private opportunities in the most efficient way. CapBridge is in the forefront of developing new products to cater to the needs of investors seeking opportunities and private companies raising capital in the ever-evolving financial ecosystem.

Co-investment model

CapBridge’s unique co-investment model opens deals to accredited investors, after the opportunity has bagged an expert institutional investor to lead the deal and leverage their specific industry knowledge to conduct due diligence, negotiate value-adding investment structures, and manage portfolio positions till exit.

Introducing: Preferred Access

CapBridge offers Preferred Access to meet the increasing demand from accredited investors to invest in private opportunities to meet their allocation preference.

With “Preferred Access”, accredited investors can co-invest alongside lead investors in multiple private deals at smaller ticket sizes starting from S$5,000 (the minimum amount for each deal varies), allowing them to diversify the investment portfolios.

Co-investors ride on the same terms as the lead investor and can realize better risk-adjusted returns and implement a desired exit strategy. The fundraising companies benefit from working with lead investors who understand their industry and sector well and can directly value-add to growth. In turn, the co-investors broaden the companies’ shareholder base, widen the companies’ business network which ultimately increases chances for a successful listing further down the road.
